Our goal is to exceed your expectations for quality products and service. If within 45 days of receipt you feel that we have fallen short of this goal, we will issue you a credit, refund, or exchange.
Frequently Asked Questions about the Product Return Policy
1. How long does it take to receive credit for products I returned?
Generally it takes 2–4 weeks before you see a credit on your credit card or receive a refund check. Refunds are provided by the same means as the payment on your original purchase.
2. I received a damaged product. What should I do?
Please e-mail the Service Center and one of our Service Center consultants will arrange for a replacement.
3. I received the wrong product. How do I get this corrected?

Books, Audios, Inquiry Kits, and CD-ROMs

Returns must be made within 45 days of receipt.

Ship the product(s) by UPS, insured mail, or some other trackable means.

Bookstores
You do not need prior authorization to return books to ASCD for credit if the procedures below are followed:

All publications must be in perfect resalable condition.

Damaged or shelf worn copies will not be accepted and will be returned to you.

Postage credit will not be given for damaged returns or the return of incorrect books.

All publications must be received within 4 months (120 days) of the original invoice date. All extensions of return privileges must be in writing.
