Increasingly, evidence-based practice is being emphasized in education. To support school personnel in identifying and implementing programs and practices that use scientifically based research, the 2009 ASCD Annual Conference will highlight various types of research sessions.

Juried/Peer-Reviewed Sessions
These sessions will present research that has been previously vetted at an academic conference or in an academic journal and reviewed by the ASCD Research Review Commission. The presenters have been invited to the 2009 ASCD Annual Conference to discuss their research.
