Reservations must be received no later than February 26, 2010, to be assured a room at the ASCD Annual Conference rates.
If you prefer to make your reservation via mail or fax, use the individual reservation form (PDF) for 9 or fewer rooms or the group reservation form (PDF) for 10 or more rooms.
Confirmations will be e-mailed, faxed, or mailed from Travel Planners within 3 business days upon receipt of your hotel reservation form.

Ground Transportation
There are many options for you to get from the airport to your hotel:
The San Antonio Express Shuttle
SA Trans operates the official airport shuttle for the San Antonio International Airport. Shuttles run daily between 7:00 a.m. and 1:00 a.m. between the airport and downtown hotels. SA Trans can also pre-book pick-ups for individuals or groups going to or from the airport.
- Charges: $18 per ticket, per person, to downtown hotels or $32 for a round-trip ticket. Service to other areas is charged by zone. Major credit cards are accepted. Use this coupon for a $2 discount.

Taxicab Service
Taxicabs are available at the lower level curbside, outside baggage claim, at Terminal 1 and at the front curbside of Terminal 2 just outside baggage claim.

- Total approximate fare to downtown: $20–23
- Airport departure fee: $1
- Initial drop: $2
- Each additional mile: $2.15
