Includes booth space, standard drapery on back wall and side rails, and company identification sign. All booths are 10' x 10' unless otherwise indicated.
Exhibit Updates
Booths will be assigned August 15 for 2010 exhibitors on a first-come, first-served basis. New exhibitors will be assigned a booth space on September 1, also on a first-come, first-served basis. Prime locations are still available, so send in your exhibit booth contract (PDF) now!

Each exhibitor will receive a service kit from Champion with complete shipping instructions, and information regarding booth furnishings, carpet rental, utilities, and freight handling. Service kits will be mailed in January 2010.
Eligibility
Exhibits must be education-related. Items without educational merit are excluded.
Sales
Exhibitors are permitted to make sales on the exhibit floor. Obtaining the appropriate licenses/permits as required by law, collecting and remitting sales taxes, and any other legal business requirements are solely the responsibility of the exhibitor. Please furnish the ASCD Exhibits Manager a copy of the license/permit prior to the opening of the Exhibit Show.
