Registration Fees and Discounts
There are two ways left to save on your conference registration fees:
- Save when you send a team.
Every fifth person who registers from your school or district may attend Annual Conference, Pre-Conference Institutes, or both for free. To take advantage of this offer, all team members must register at the same time and for the same events: Annual Conference, Pre-Conference Institutes, or both. All five registration forms must be mailed together. (For Pre-Conference Institutes, registrations must include materials fees for all attendees, including the attendee with the free registration.)
- Save as a student or senior (62 or older).
Receive this discount when you register over the phone with a credit card or purchase order. Call 1-800-933-2723 (toll-free) or 1-703-578-9600, then press 1, Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. eastern time. This discount option is not available online. You may also mail or fax your registration form and payment to ASCD. Checks and money orders are accepted via mail. Students, when you mail or fax your registration, please include a copy of your current student ID.

Payment
Payment Must Accompany Registration
You can pay with any of the following:
- MasterCard
- VISA
- American Express
- Discover Card
- a purchase order
- a money order
- a check
With MasterCard, VISA, American Express, Discover Card, or a purchase order, you may register online.

Registration Confirmation
ASCD mails confirmation letters 48 hours after receipt of registration. If you do not receive a confirmation letter, please e-mail or call ASCD to determine the status of your registration at 1-800-933-2723 (toll-free) or 1-703-578-9600, then press 1, Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. eastern time.

Join ASCD When You Register
You can join ASCD as a Select Member for only $25 when you register at the nonmember rate. You will get a full year of ASCD Select Membership, which includes

Ticketed Sessions
These popular sessions fill up early, so indicate your choices when you register. You will receive three tickets, one per day, depending on availability. Remember, there are hundreds of sessions that are not ticketed.

Shuttle Bus Services
Shuttle bus service will be available at selected hotels during the conference, March 6–8, 2010. Visit the Travel and Lodging page or contact your hotel for more information.

Special Services
If you need a sign language interpreter or other special assistance, please notify ASCD when you register.

Cancellations
If you are unable to attend the Annual Conference and Exhibit Show or a Pre-Conference Institute that you are registered for, notify ASCD in writing or by e-mail 14 calendar days before the start of the event for which you are registered to request a credit voucher or refund. A $35 cancellation fee will be charged ($70 if canceling both Annual Conference and Pre-Conference Institute registrations).
