Modified shuttle service (morning and evening) will be provided from the Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek to the Gaylord Palms Resort & Conference Center. The shuttle will operate Tuesday, June 22, through Thursday, June 24, for conference attendees only.
Hotel rates are not guaranteed after the cutoff date or if the ASCD room block is full.
Hotel reservations should be returned by the cutoff date specified on the reservation card to secure ASCD group rates. After the cutoff date, or if the room block is full, the hotel may not accept your registration at the group rate.

Reservation Tips
Remember to register for the conference and make your hotel reservations early. The conference and hotel room blocks will fill quickly.
- Register for the conference prior to making your hotel reservations.
- Hotel registration information will be included in your registration confirmation e-mail as well as sent to you in a separate reminder.
- Hotel rates are not guaranteed after the cutoff date. If the cutoff date has passed or the ASCD room block is full, the ASCD group rate will be offered based on the hotel's availability.
- You must make hotel reservations via the Web or by phone.
- Confirm your hotel reservation by contacting the hotel directly.

Airport Shuttle

Instructions from Mears Motor Shuttle:
- Upon your arrival at Orlando International Airport, proceed to one of the Mears Motor Shuttle ticket counters and present the coupon to the Mears counter attendant.
- After redeeming your coupon below for a round-trip ticket, please present your ticket to the Mears "Starter" located on level 1 at the curb.
- The starter will then direct you to a designated shuttle servicing the hotel. Our shuttles run 24-hours a day, 7 days a week, departing the curb approximately every 30 minutes providing shuttle service between the airport and your hotel.
- One day prior to your departure, please make a return reservation by calling our reservation number listed below.
- Plan to allow three hours prior to your flight time for your transfer to the airport.
