General Conference Information
On-Site Registration
The ASCD Conference Registration Desk will be located at the Hilton Americas–Houston on Level Two. ASCD staff members will be available to assist you.
Bypass Registration
If you have registered for the ASCD Summer Conference, you should have received all of your materials (name badge and tickets) via U.S. Mail. Make sure you bring these items with you. Unless you have specific questions or need additional information, you do not need to stop by the ASCD Registration Area.

Conference Badges and Tickets
Your name badge, session tickets, and materials ticket have been mailed to you via U.S. mail. Make sure you bring these items with you. Please wear your name badge at all times while attending the conference.
Tickets for Sessions
You will be required to present a ticket to attend sessions. If you have not selected tickets for the sessions, please contact the ASCD Service Center immediately at 1-800-933-2723, then press 1. You will not be able to attend sessions without a ticket. The Welcome Reception does not require a ticket.
If you would like to exchange session tickets, you may do so at the ASCD Conference Registration Desk. Session tickets are limited and are available for exchange on a first-come, first-served basis.
Pick Up Your Conference Bag
To receive your conference bag, present the materials ticket that is attached to your conference badge. The conference bag will contain the conference program book and other important conference information. You may pick up your conference bag during the Welcome Reception in the ASCD Center on Thursday, June 25, from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m., or during regular hours at the ASCD registration desk. Each attendee will receive only one conference bag.

ASCD Resources Center
Stop by the ASCD Resources Center in Ballroom of the Americas A, Level Two, to browse the rich selection of ASCD books and pick up samples of Educational Leadership magazine and ASCD resources catalogs. We look forward to seeing you there!

Ballroom of the Americas Foyer, Level Two, Hilton Americas–Houston
Enjoy the relaxed atmosphere as you meet and network with colleagues from around the world. Light snacks and a cash bar will be available. No ticket required, just wear your conference name badge.

Food and Beverage
Coffee, tea, and pastries will be available each morning of the conference. Soft drinks will be available during the afternoon breaks. Participants are responsible for all other meals during the conference.
