For Your Information: Membership
An ASCD membership has many benefits. For information on these, and the types of memberships offered, or for help with your existing membership, see our Frequently Asked Questions About Membership.
Our Commitment to You
Our goal is to exceed your expectations for quality and service. Should you ever feel that we haven't delivered on this promise, please e-mail the Service Center to receive a refund on the balance of your membership.
Have You Moved?
If you've changed your residence, job, or position in your organization, we may not have your correct address. (The post office normally will not forward magazines, catalogs, and other types of professional mail). Please log in to myASCD at the top of the ASCD home page with your ASCD Member ID and password. Then, check under My Account to make sure we have your correct address.
Your Home Address Is Recommended
In schools and offices, it's easy for mail to get misplaced or overlooked. If you're receiving ASCD benefits at your office, we suggest you switch to your home address. Simply log in to myASCD at the top of the ASCD home page with your ASCD Member ID and password to make the change under My Account.
The Importance of Your E-Mail Address
Keeping your e-mail address current on our member roster when you move or change jobs is very important. If you request your ASCD password to access online member benefits or receive member discounts online, it is sent by e-mail, but only if we have your current e-mail address.

5. I am an ASCD member, but I keep receiving promotions to join. Why?
If your ASCD membership is current, please understand that you received this mailing because our computer was unable to match your name and address as it appears on the mailing label with your current membership record.
To help ensure that you do not receive this type of mailing in the future, please indicate that you are a current member (and your ASCD Member ID if known) on the reply form and return it in the postage-paid envelope. We will promptly process your reply. However, because we prepare for our mailings months in advance, you may receive one or two more promotions before your name is removed from our mailing file. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
