2. How long do I have to complete the course?
ASCD provides a six-month time frame to accommodate the busy schedules and varying learning styles of the learners who take our courses.

3. Will I receive a certificate or continuing education credits (CEUs) once I have completed the course?
Yes. If you complete the course through ASCD's Learning Management System, you can print out a signed certificate of completion. The certificate will show that you have completed 20 clock hours of course work. For more information about continuing education credits (CEUs) please visit the FAQ area of PD Online.

5. I forgot my password. How do I retrieve it?
To retrieve your password, you will need your ASCD member or customer ID number. Go to Forgot Your Password? and enter the requested information. An e-mail will be sent within seconds with your login information.

6. I have a key. How do I convert my key and register for a PD Online course?
Please go to PD Online and log in. Then, click "Convert Keys."

7. I enrolled in a PD Online course prior to October 27, 2009. How do I log in?
If you have already enrolled in a classic course, log in here.
If you have not enrolled and received a key prior to October 27, 2009, please go to the PD Online home page to convert your key and enroll.

8. Do you offer discounts?
ASCD does offer discounts for PD Online course purchases. You can purchase bulk sets of 10 keys for $841.50. For 500 or more keys, please call the ASCD Service Center at 1-800-933-2723 or 1-703-578-9600 (press 2), 8:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. eastern time, Monday through Friday.
