Password Information

Are You a Member, a Customer, or a Guest?

Member

An individual or organization that is a current ASCD member in the Basic, Select, Premium, Institutional, or any other membership category.

All members are assigned a unique Member ID to differentiate their records from all other records in our system. For better privacy and faster service from the ASCD Web site, take a moment to personalize your password.

Customer

Any individual or organization that currently conducts business with ASCD or who has in the past.

If you have attended one of our conferences or institutes, purchased one of our many resources, subscribed to one of our publications, are a distributor of our products, or just called to have information sent to you in the mail, we consider you one of our valuable customers and have assigned you a Customer ID Number.

Guest

Any individual or organization that has not provided contact information (name, address, and so forth) to ASCD, purchased products or services, registered for conferences or institutes, or been a member in the past.

As a visitor to the ASCD Web site, you will find that a password is not necessary to enjoy many of the areas rich with information for educators and friends of education. However, by using a password, you will receive faster and more customized service as you enjoy ASCD products and services online.

Having a password allows ASCD members and customers to access and maintain their private records and information. The Online Store and sections of the professional development area use passwords to enrich your online experience while keeping your information private and secure.

To gain access to your benefits and enjoy the wealth of information and resources available to you as an ASCD member, get your ASCD password.
