Overview Workshops
Not sure you’re ready to move forward with a full capacity-building program? One- to three-day workshops can be a starting point for professional learning. These workshops can expose your staff to the framework and concepts of specific instructional and leadership practices. Overview workshops are introductory in nature and must be followed up with ongoing job-embedded professional development and, eventually, capacity-building professional development for educators to begin implementing new practices. Job-embedded practices might include:
