ASCD Community in Action

Annual Conference Tweet Up

If you're attending the ASCD conference, join us at the #ASCD12 Tweet Up—an in-person gathering of Twitter users—at 7:00 p.m. on Saturday, March 24, 2012, for free appetizers and raffle prizes. It's a great way to connect with ASCD authors, ASCD staff, and fellow @ASCD followers. The tweet up will take place at the Field House, a sports bar located inside the Philadelphia Convention Center at 1150 Filbert Street.
For additional details, visit www.twtvite.com/ASCD12tweetup. Don't forget to use the annual conference hashtag, #ASCD12.

Interested in Presenting?

Play a greater role in ASCD's story. Submit a proposal to present at ASCD's 2013 Annual Conference in Chicago, Illinois, and be part of "Learning: Our Story. Our Time. Our Future." Submissions open on January 15, 2012, and close on May 15, 2012. For more information, visit www.ascd.org/acsubmit.

Become an integral part of ASCD's annual conference and volunteer to help out with a session or event. Attendees who volunteer to host two or more sessions receive a voucher they can use toward registration for any ASCD conference or professional development institute in 2012–13, plus a complimentary professional development online course of their choice.
