Laura Aguada-Hallberg is a former school leader who now works to develop equity-centered leaders using the "Equicentricity" workshop model. Aguada-Hallberg is an assistant professor and the program lead for the Transformative Action in Education doctoral program at University of the Pacific in Stockton, Calif.
