Ben Bruhn is a social studies teacher and adjunct instructor at Portland State University, as well as a member of the Genius Garden Collective, a group of educational activists, guided by the work of Gholdy Muhammad, that advocates for children in schools to be recognized for their genius and be given access to joyful curriculum and pedagogy.
