Ashbaker is an assistant professor in Counseling Psychology and Special Education at Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah. Morgan and Ashbaker coauthored The Effective Educator: A Training Program for Paraeducators; The Pro-Active Paraeducator: More Than 200 Really Nifty Ideas for People Who Help Teachers; and Teamwork and Self-Evaluation for Teachers and Paraeducators, a training manual to help classroom teams develop their instructional skills and work together more effectively.
