Kim Wallace works at the University of California, Berkeley School of Education overseeing a statewide grant that provides coaching and professional learning to K–12 administrators. Wallace also runs her own educational consultancy company Process Makes Perfect, specializing in real-world solutions for educators. She consults, writes, and presents nationally and internationally on the topics of authentic leadership, systems thinking, and emerging trends in education. She holds a bachelor's degree in history from the University of California, Santa Barbara; a master's degree in education and teaching credentials from the University of California, Los Angeles; and a doctoral degree in educational leadership from the University of California, Davis.
