Lauren Ford currently serves a Regional Partner Manager at ASCD. As an educator for 19 years, Lauren has served as teacher, leader, and parent within the school system that educated her. A proud mother and wife, she loves to serve and interact within the communities that she works and lives within. During her undergraduate experience she attended and graduated from a historically black university in New Orleans, La. While serving as an elementary teacher, she earned her M. Ed. Administration. Now, she serves the community in areas such as adult and adolescent literacy, career and instructional coaching, leadership development, and fine arts integration. With a love for building leadership capacity and learning, she is looking forward to serving the states of Arizona, New Mexico, Southern California, and Texas.
