Melissa Roehm serves as an elementary principal in Las Vegas, Nevada, in a low-socioeconomic, high-transiency, and 100 percent free and reduced lunch inner-city school. She has served as a teacher, teacher mentor, dean of students, assistant principal, and principal for the last thirteen years in Las Vegas. She also earned the distinction of executive leader from Georgetown University.
