Nichole Carter (@MrsCarterHLA) has worked in education since 2004 and currently serves as a district-level literacy leader in Beaverton, Oregon. She has taught geography, U.S. history, reading intervention, and middle school language arts; today, her work focuses on curriculum design, professional learning, literacy instruction, and supporting educators across grades 6–12.
