About
As an experienced principal at various K-12 schools, Sean have over 10 years of experience in educational leadership and administration, with a Master of Arts degree from North Carolina A&T State University and another Master of Arts degree in secondary education and teaching from Trinity University-Washington.
His core competencies include adult education, teacher mentoring, staff development, educational consulting, and conflict resolution. He is passionate about fostering a positive, innovative, creative, and collaborative culture in his schools, inspired by the Beatles' music and philosophy. He is also a speaker, podcaster, and author of The Pepper Effect, a book that explores how to apply the lessons from The Beatles to transform education. He has received multiple honors and recognition for his work, including the Lexington City Schools Principal of the Year and the Piedmont Triad Regional Principal of the Year awards. In 2019, he was a finalist for North Carolina Principal of the Year.
