In this Webinar

This insightful webinar will explore challenges and strategies for improving teacher retention rates for Black, Indigenous and People of Color (BIPOC) and LGBTQ+ educators. The roundtable discussion will bring together experienced educators and principals to share their insights and experiences on identifying and addressing the unique challenges faced by BIPOC and LGBTQ+ educators in the workplace, including lack of support and mentorship; feelings of isolation; lack of belonging; and developing effective strategies to improve recruitment, retention and support for these educators. You’ll gain valuable insights from experienced educators and community leaders, network and connect with other educators dedicated to creating a more inclusive and equitable education system, and learn about best practices for supporting and retaining diverse educators.
