Three instructional coaches share advice on coaching for teacher equity and efficacy from their decades-long work with teachers, administrators, and coaches in various settings worldwide. Keith Young, Angela Julien, and Tamarra Osborne, the authors of The Instructional Coaching Handbook, discuss a set of their most helpful problem-solving strategies in this webinar designed for instructional coaches and administrators who believe that all students can learn at high levels and that powerful teachers make those results happen. For each topic— equity and efficacy—they'll offer the top research-based coaching approaches used by teacher leaders around the world.
