She works with teachers and administrators from elementary, middle, and high schools in urban, rural, and suburban districts in the development and implementation of critical-thinking skills projects. Her areas of expertise include instructional materials development, adult learning, results measurement, culture change, and team building.

Benjamin B. Tregoe is founder and Chair of the Tregoe Education Forum. He has more than 40 years' experience in improving critical thinking in industry and government. In 1958, after working as a research scientist at the RAND Corporation, he cofounded Kepner-Tregoe, Inc., a Princeton-based, international management consulting firm. In 1993, he founded the Tregoe Education Forum as a nonprofit organization to bring these same critical-thinking skills to elementary, middle, and high school students and school administrators.
