Sharon Radd is Program Director and Associate Professor of Organizational Leadership at St. Catherine University and experienced consultant specializing in school and organizational leadership that is inclusive, inspired, effective, and just.

She specializes in the areas of leadership, educational equity, adult learning, organizational change, team functioning, and cross-cultural proficiency, with a focus on aligning work with desired intentions and outcomes, restoring more expansive and optimistic purposes for work, and more authentic and effective professional relationships.

She spent 23 years in K–12 public education and is the winner of the 2010 Social Justice Dissertation Award given by the American Educational Research Association LSJ-SIG.

Gretchen Givens Generett leads the School of Education at Duquesne University as Interim Dean and is the University's Noble J. Dick Endowed Chair in Community Outreach.

She is a qualitative researcher whose scholarship intermingles traditional sociology of education, African American studies, and feminist studies with more progressive concepts of justice that examine agency, empowerment, and action. Her goal is to enhance the skills and habits of mind necessary for educators to effectively teach students from diverse populations.

Dr. Generett has published extensively in peer-reviewed journals. Her most recent scholarship is a book entitled The American Dream for Students of Color: Barriers to Educational Success, coauthored with Dr. Amy M. Olson.

Mark Anthony Gooden is the Christian A. Johnson Endeavor Professor in Education Leadership, Teachers College, Columbia University. He serves on and is President-Elect of the Executive Committee for University Council for Educational Administration (UCEA).

Gooden was a secondary math teacher and spent 17 years in higher education developing and teaching courses in leadership, diversity, law, and research methods. His research focuses broadly on culturally responsive school leadership with specific interests in antiracist leadership, the principalship, urban educational leadership, and legal issues in education.

His research has appeared in Brigham Young University Education and Law Journal, Education and Urban Society, and The Sage Handbook of African-American Education.

George Theoharis is a Professor in Educational Leadership and Inclusive Elementary/Early Childhood Education at Syracuse University. His interests, research, and work with K–12 schools focus on issues of equity, justice, diversity, inclusion, leadership, and school reform.

He is author of Five Practices for Equity-Focused School Leadership, The School Leaders Our Children Deserve, Leadership for Increasingly Diverse Schools, What Every Principal Needs to Know to Create Excellent and Equitable Schools, and The Principal's Handbook for Leading Inclusive Schools.

A former principal and teacher, he also served as Department Chair, Associate Dean for Urban Education Partnerships, and the Director of Field Relations at Syracuse.
