As a consultant as well as adjunct faculty member at Gonzaga University School of Education in the Counselor Education Department, Kristin Souers provides professional development, consultation, education, and training services to schools, school districts, and organizations.

She is a licensed mental health counselor with a history of working in early learning, law enforcement, education, and mental health. For over 25 years, Souers has dedicated herself to bettering people's lives and advocating for those impacted by trauma. Her expertise in complex trauma, the impact of violence, crisis management, counseling, and trauma-informed care, positions her perfectly to partner with professionals around the development of trauma-informed practices in a variety of settings.

Veteran school administrator and educational consultant Pete Hall channels his experiences as a school principal, life coach, and small-business owner into manageable lessons for continuous growth, personal improvement, and positive mindset.

Hall served 12 years as a principal in three Title I schools, each earning awards for academic performance, growth, and student achievement. He currently works as an educational consultant as a member of the ASCD faculty and trains educators worldwide with a focus on the continuous improvement of our education systems.

Besides partnering with Alisa Simeral on three ASCD books, Hall authored over 20 articles on leadership and 11 books, including The First-Year Principal and Lead On! Motivational Lessons for School Leaders.
